But due to certain reasons If an item did not meet your expectations and you are not completely satisfied with online purchase we try our best to be very return/refund friendly and gladly accept it as a return under these terms:
- If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item. it must be return within 10 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original state: it must not have been worn, washed, or damaged, and must contain all pieces (if it applies).
- All returns sent by mail, including exchanges, shipping fees are yours to pay. Please note that estimated cost depends on the size and weight of the parcel. Only the post office can help you to confirm the amount of those shipping fees.
- In case the parcel is lost at the time of return by the customer, the customer will bear the cost of lost package
What can I return or exchange?
The Exchange is possible on the following conditions. If
- The item does not match the ordered item and specifications.
- The delivered item is damaged. The exchange is Valid for any other item of the same price, or the same item in a different size or colour.
- Exchanges can be made within the 10-day return time frame from the date that your order was delivered to you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges will be of equal value,
- If the desired item is still available, we’ll be happy to put it on hold for you. You will receive a confirmation by email within 24 hours after you submitted your return request.
What can I Refund?
The Refund is possible only in the following scenarios:
- The customer cancels the order before the start of processing delivery.
- If the delivered item is damaged and customer wants to refund the amount.
How do Exchange/Refund my items?
- To return any items within the 10day period for refund/exchange you must first request a Returns Authorisation Number (R.A.N).
- For (R.A.N) You will be required to inform our customer services department (by calling 0092-309-6240000 and/or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com

- Exchange process: Once the return product is received the exchange product will be dispatched with in 3 days of the return product received
- Refund Process: Once the return product is received. The refund is processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund in the said period, please check your bank account. It may take some time before refund is posted.
Please note If the delivery of product delayed by the given time frame. We shall not refund the product.
